2017年7月份國政聯誼會縮影 　　本會已於2017年7月23日假台北喜來登大飯店一樓清翫廳舉行「祐生國政聯誼會」。在主持人黃晉英秘書長宣布後揭開當日活動序幕，在輕鬆、活潑的節目過後，隨即由主持人帶來重要訊息：「G20會議日前在德國漢堡落幕，唯依循IPCC報告使得成效不彰，而祐生強調的是「永續之前，明天之後」的理念，想要永續，必須先通過氣候異變嚴峻的考驗；通過之後，才有明天。另外，與大家分享一句英文俗諺「easy choices hard life, hard choices easy life」，提醒大家人生面臨諸多抉擇，做出正確的決策非常重要，在混亂的情勢中人心容易浮動，在壓力下仍要堅持對的事情，以「保守、保守、再保守」為行事準則，必能走得更長遠。」 The July Archilife Public Policy Communion of 2017 was held on July 23, 2017. In order to achieve sustainability we must first pass the harsh test of climate change, for only when we make it through is there tomorrow. I would like to share an English proverb with all, "Easy choices, hard life; hard choices, easy life". I would like to remind everyone the importance of making the right decisions when faced with many choices in life. People tend to feel agitated in chaotic situations. Remember to do what is right when under pressure, since the "conservative, conservative, and more conservative" way of doing things will get you farther." 　　緊接著進行專題演講，由生活特組組長鄭瑋寧小姐進行「生活特組2017年上半年結案報告」。主講人首先說明本階段重點在於強化祐生潛盾計畫中心可居性的具體方案，以及不可居情況發生產生避難需求時，各層級應備事項。主講人接著以生動的影片介紹前往祐生潛盾計畫中心之方式，並表示透過定期的觀察檢測，針對野化過程所產生的問題進行追蹤。另外，針對「食」、「衣」、「住」、「不行」、「育」、「樂」等各面向所遭遇之問題提出解決方案。最後，主講人期許大家思考如何從祐生潛盾計畫中心走向未來，使台灣走出一條自己的世界道路。 　　Next on the schedule was the keynote speech. First, Ms. Cheng Wei-ning, presented a speech on the "2017 Archilife Living Special Team Meeting Implementation Report". The speaker first explained that the focus of this stage lies in strengthening the specific plan with regard to the livability of the Archilife Sub-Shield Center, as well as the pre-cautionary matters required of all levels when evacuation needs arise in case it becomes no longer livable. The speaker then introduced the way to visit the Archilife Sub-shield Center through a video introduction. Through periodic observations and tests, problems arising from the "back to the wild" process were targeted for tracking. In addition, problems encountered in different aspects, food, clothing, living, non-transportation, education, and entertainment were targeted to come up with solutions. Finally, with the Archilife Sub-shield Center as the starting point, the speaker looked forward to seeing all thinking about how to head towards the future, so that Taiwan will find itself leading the world. 　　接著由國政會委員高傳棋先生主講「生存印記─生命圖譜與生活地圖」。主講人首先提到目前除持續發揚文化資產裡的先民生活智慧，生命圖譜也是很重要的觀念，瞭解自身五代30人的生命歷程，追本溯源。從過往留存的生活器物、文本到影像紀錄這些細膩的城市印痕中，重新看見城市的偉大。主講人也以專業所學深耕故鄉，舉辦許多文化活動，並結合文創產業發展，突顯在地化特色。並以在地生活地圖為出發點，激發想像力，創作出許多饒富趣味的圖像作品，也達到介紹加蚋仔當地特色之目的，期望能有更多人關心共同生長的這塊土地。 　　Next, Mr. Gao Chuan-chi, spoke on "Life map- the map of life and living". The speaker first mentioned that at present, in addition to continuing to carry forward the cultural assets of the ancestors' life wisdom, the life map is also a very important concept to gain an insight into the course of life of 30 people from five generations and to trace the roots. From the daily artifacts from the past retained and texts, to the image records of the extrinsic city marks, see the greatness of the city all over again. The lecturer also deeply plowed his hometown with his professional knowledge. He has held many cultural activities, combined with the development of cultural industries, highlighting the characteristics of localization. With the local living map as the starting point, creativity can be aroused to create many interesting images and works, thereby achieving the purpose of introducing "the local features of Chia-La (the old name of Southern Wanhua, Taipei)," in the hope of drawing more people to become concerned about the land we all grew up in. 　　接著由國政會委員蔡坤憲先生主講「居家與社區衛生教育宣導計劃」。主講人首先表示每個人應觀察周遭環境細微的改變，即可發現共生物的變化。近來也與環保署配合辦理傳染病防治課程及登革熱衛生教育，回應群眾問題並確實瞭解環境問題所在。在介紹登革熱時，也邀請在座見習生示範，使大家瞭解到疾病所產生症狀。最後，主講人表示平均每戶人家家裡有一百多種生物，在用藥劑撲殺居家害蟲的過程中，勢必造成對環境的餘毒，應認知到環境中還有許多有益的生物，人類應學習與其共生。 　　Next, Mr. Tsai Kun-hsien, spoke on "The Introduction of Regulations of Grading Housing Performance". The speaker first said that everyone should observe the surroundings in order to discover the symbiotic changes. Recently, the speaker has also cooperated with the EPA to conduct infectious disease prevention courses and dengue fever related health education, In addition to responding to public consultations and offering assistance and solutions, we should make an effort to fully understand the environmental problems. During the dengue fever introduction, the intern present were also invited to make demonstrations, so that everyone would understand the symptoms of the disease. Finally, the speaker said that an average household has more than one hundred organisms, and killing home pests with insecticides is bound to cause harm to the environment. People should recognize there are many beneficial organisms in the environment and that people should learn to co-exist with them. 　　演講完畢，黃晉英秘書長代表基金會致贈謝禮予主講人。接著在與會者紛紛利用「餵豬時間」提出個人意見與看法互相交流後，圓滿地結束七月份國政聯誼會。 　　After the speech, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying presented a gift to the speakers on behalf of the foundation. Then, attendees expressed and exchanged their opinions and views during the piggy hour. The July Archilife Public Policy Communion ended smoothly.
