祐生研究基金會2015年會 　　本會已於2015年1月25日假台北喜來登大飯店地下二樓壽廳舉行「祐生研究基金會2015年會」。嘉賓們陸續簽到後，藉著會前的聯誼時間以熱絡的氣氛交流互動。接著在來賓介紹及帶領歌唱、慶生等節目後，隨即由黃晉英秘書長表示，氣候異變下人類面臨疫病、饑荒、敵基督及戰爭等災變，祐生持續進行相關研究，並讓各研究特組之討論結果相互扣連，匯聚力量以因應外在變化。期望祐生求生存、謀生計、延生命的宗旨，能藉由大家的傳遞，持續發光發熱，帶給人類美好的未來。接著由指導教授蘇慶華先生致辭，表示祐生新世代已逐漸接續傳承，在這網路年代的趨勢影響下，期望能由新世代帶領祐生繼續向前。 　　The Archilife Research Foundation Convention 2015 was held on January 25, 2015, at the Taipei Sheraton Hotel. The guests successively signed in at the reception desk and began to be acquainted with others in the event before the meeting. After a series of relaxing and fun activities, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying pointed out that humanity is facing the crises of diseases, famine, antichrist and wars under climate change. Achilife continues to research on the relevant issues and makes attempt to link the finding of the research taskforces into effective solutions for defense against the disasters brought by the changes in the environment. We expect that Archilife's pursuits of survival, sustainability and continuance of life will continue to light up society through everyone's effort and bring humanity a better future. After, Professor Su Ching-hua continued to give his address. He indicated that the young generation is gradually taking over the missions of Archilife. In the Internet era, we expect the new generation to lead us into the next century. 　　緊接著由林俊興董事長進行年度宣告，林俊興董事長警醒與會者好日子已過去，目前政府的「永續發展政策綱領」以及「國家氣候變遷調適政策綱領」雖已完備，但各部會並未完全進入狀態。所以，祐生當觀察政府組織的動作，以彌補不足之處，未來將以祐生潛盾計畫中心做為因應對策。 　　Following the address, President Lin Chun-shin presented the annual declaration. President Lin warned participants that the good days are gone. Even though the government has completed the "Sustainable Development Policy Framework" and "National Climate Change Adaptation Policy Framework", the administration is not yet ready to handle the real situations. Therefore, Archilife should observe the government's actions closely and step forward to provide assistance when necessary. In the future, the Archilife Sub-Shield Center will become a responding solution. 　　宣告結束，接著由接續世代林容生先生進行祐生接續世代展望報告，首先講述近日所參與的Global Game Jam活動內容，並從過去所參與活動中，體認到許多關於多媒體遊戲開發的問題，例如大專院校中雖然不乏相關系所，但卻沒有任何相關學生社團；國內遊戲開發、發行公司不少，但二十多年來都沒有民間自發性發起的技術性論壇；過去為了舉辦相關活動也拜訪過許多主管單位，但卻協調無果。此領域在軟體、硬體長期缺乏有效的基礎建設，無論是人才培養或數位營生，都要先建立對的環境。目前正一步步尋找合作對象與機會，未來會持續推動新的計畫，期望能有所突破。 　　The declaration ended, and Mr. Lin Jung-sheng took the floor to give a report on the Future of the New Generation. He began his report from the Global Game Jam he participated in recently. He discovered several problems in multimedia game development from the activities he participated in. For example, many colleges offer courses and programs on the subject, but there are no student clubs for associated activities. There are quite a number of game developers and distributors in Taiwan, but no private organizations have initiated any conferences or forums for discussions of the technologies in the past two decades. He also has visited several administrative offices for the activities he organized, but they could not provide any assistance. Effective infrastructure development of the software and hardware for the subject area has been absent. It is essential to establish "the right environment", no matter if it is the development of human resources or digital businesses. At the current stage, they are looking for partners and opportunities for cooperative ventures. They will continue to launch new projects in the future and expect to see some breakthroughs. 　　報告結束，隨即放映本會2014年度業務執行成果報告短片，將本會過去一年以來的各項活動做一精要呈現。接著，放映2015年祐生線上博覽會作品，充分呈現出祐生成員們對於「護祐生命」觀點的實踐。最後，林俊興董事長再次提醒祐生成員，未來的挑戰為「高階人才低階用」，鼓勵大家要學習「升位、升階」，不落入趨勢中！ 　 At the end of the report, a video annual report for 2014 was played, which presented the activities in the past year. Then, the 2015 Archilife Online Exposition followed suit to present how Archilife members realize the foundation's motto: benefit life. Finally, President Lin Chun-shin reminded the members of Archilife again. The challenge in the future is "making little use of great talent", so we should continue to "upgrade our profiles" through learning, instead of falling into the trends. 　　祐生成員們藉此機會齊聚一堂，熱鬧非凡，在黃晉英秘書長感性地做結語後，2015年會就在與會來賓對祐生各項活動的認同及喝采聲中圓滿結束。 　　Members of Archilife took this opportunity to gather for the annual reunion and enjoy a fun party with each other. After the conclusion made by Secretary General Huang Chin-ying, the Archilife Research Foundation Convention 2015 was successfully closed in recognition of the invited guests on Archilife's efforts and the joyful sounds of cheers.
