台捷精密股份有限公司參訪案 　 　　祐生長期關注永續建築領域的發展，不僅重視人才培育，更積極推廣相關理念，期能為國家培養堅實的知識棟樑。本次在社團法人台灣永續建築環境促進會陳泰安理事長的促成下，邀集成員一同前往由祐生1993年碩士論文得獎人劉興朋先生所創立的「台捷精密股份有限公司」參訪，希望藉由實地考察與訪談，增進彼此情誼並促進異業交流。 　　The Archilife Research Foundation has been following the development of sustainable building, focusing on nurturing talents and actively promoting the concept in the hope of cultivating a robust pool of knowledgeable experts. Facilitated by Chairman Chen Tai-an of the Taiwan Society of Sustainable Built Environment(TSSBE) , ARF members were invited to visit Taijei Precision Co., Ltd., which was founded by the ARF’s 1993 Master Thesis Award winner Mr. Liu Hsing-peng. It is hoped that the on-site visit will bolster relationships and promote inter-industry exchange. 　　2025年8月16日上午，由黃晉英秘書長及陳泰安理事長帶領參與成員陸續抵達參訪地點，台捷董事長劉興朋先生更是早早在現場等候，熱情地迎接大家。簡短寒喧後，在大家引首企盼下，揭開了此次參訪序幕，劉董事長一邊回顧著公司發展歷程，一邊講解著核心技術與產業應用，希望以企業技術回應環境問題，提供塑膠廢棄物去化管道，試圖同時減少木材砍伐與塑膠廢棄，眼神中流露出對於生態永續關懷最熱切的初衷。 　　On the morning of August 16, 2025, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying, TSSBE Chairman Chen Tai-an, and participating members arrived at the site to find Taijei’s founder, Mr. Liu Hsing-peng, already waiting to warmly welcome everyone. After a brief exchange of pleasantries, the much-anticipated visit began with Mr. Liu running through the company’s development milestones while explaining their core technologies and industry applications. The company hopes to counter environmental issues with its corporate technologies, providing ways to eliminate plastic waste while attempting to reduce logging and plastic disposal. As he spoke, his eyes sparkled with passion for the environment and sustainability. 　　隨後，劉董事長深入解說產品製程與市場定位，詳細介紹如何回收塑料進行配方改性、押出成型，再經表面處理與木紋模擬加工，最後轉化為可應用於地板、戶外建材、家具及文創小物的「捷綠木」產品，整套製程強調「回收不廢棄、技術可輸出」的理念，不僅逐步提升產品良率，更已成功實現量產與生產線輸出。值得一提的是，台捷在永續領域的努力亦獲得肯定，曾於2022年獲得「臺灣循環經濟獎─英雄獎」，突顯其以環保為導向的發展方向。活動過程中成員們莫不興致高昂、專注聆聽，更是踴躍提問、暢所欲言，問答之間互見專業。 　　Mr. Liu went on to give an in-depth explanation of the company’s manufacturing process and market positioning, elaborating on how innovation and sustainability are integrated into every stage of production. Plastics are carefully recycled, modified, extruded, and molded, then meticulously surface-treated and finished with simulated wood grain to create high-quality materials. Such JLM-wood can be widely used for flooring, outdoor building materials, furniture, and creative products that combine practicality with aesthetics. Emphasizing the principles of “recycling rather than disposing” and “transferable technology,” the complete manufacturing process not only continuously enhances product yield but has also successfully achieved mass production and the export of transferable production lines. Taijei’s remarkable efforts in sustainability were recognized in 2022 with the Taiwan Circular Economy Awards – MVP Award, underscoring its environmentally oriented direction of development. Throughout the visit, members remained highly engaged, listening attentively and posing insightful questions, demonstrating their respective expertise and enthusiasm during the exchange. 　　經過一上午精彩的導覽介紹，為了感謝劉董事長的熱情接待，黃秘書長特別致贈禮品表達謝意，並感性地表示基金會所培養的成員能夠秉持祐生精神在各自專業領域做出卓著貢獻，實在是令人深感與有榮焉；而陳理事長也特別在當地知名的餐廳設宴款待，席間氣氛融洽、談笑風生，為這場參訪活動畫下圓滿而溫馨的句點。　 　　After the morning’s inspiring and informative guided tour, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying presented a special gift to Mr. Liu as a sincere token of gratitude for his warm, thoughtful, and generous hospitality. She went on to express her heartfelt pride that members nurtured by the ARF had embodied its spirit through their remarkable achievements across diverse professional fields, which filled her with a deep sense of joy and honor. To conclude the day on a pleasant note, Chairman Chen graciously hosted a delightful banquet at a renowned local restaurant, where laughter, meaningful conversation, and a spirit of camaraderie filled the air, bringing this memorable visit to a warm, cheerful, and deeply satisfying close.
