The March Archilife Public Policy Communion of 2015 was held on March 22, 2015. After a series of relaxing and fun activities, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying made the following announcement, "Under extreme weather, Taiwan has been facing water shortages in the recent years. Water shortages have caused inconvenience in people’s lives, and if the condition persists, epidemics will break out. Taiwan will be engulfed in a disaster of complex situations. As successive issues in society confront us, members of Archilife must see the truth behind the disputes and make prudent judgement and wise choices. Archilife’s taskforces continue to study climate change related issues, and I expect our achievements will be handed down to everyone in the organization, so we can make the best preparations."
Next on the schedule was the keynote speech. A site survey to the Sub-Shield Center and Guishougu Shelter Base was also held in January this year. This survey evaluated the sites based on the standards of artificial civil engineering, earth science, weather information, farming and environment.
