2024年6月份國政聯誼會縮影 ![]() 本會於2024年6月16日假台北晶華酒店地下三樓晶英會舉行「祐生國政聯誼會」。由主持人黃晉英秘書長宣布後揭開當日活動序幕,在輕鬆、活潑的節目之下,隨即由主持人帶來重要訊息:「七大工業國組織G7高峰會於6月13日至6月15日在義大利舉行,會議中提及有關中國、俄烏戰爭、經貿、南海衝突及人權等議題。在當前全球局勢動盪的時刻,台灣目前情勢尚稱穩定,但仍應保持警戒,充實國防實力,以確保台灣的安全。另外,台灣在全球半導體供應鏈中具有關鍵地位,日前全球知名大廠CEO為鞏固合作關係紛紛造訪,讓世界看見台灣。祐生於2006年籌設台灣永續建築環境促進會,正是為了將祐生理念推展到國際,這兩日在夥伴們通力合作下,完成了致贈予前iiSBE執行長Mr. Nils Larsson退休祝福影片,再度成就國際交流!」 The June Archilife Public Policy Communion of 2024 was held on June 16, 2024. After a series of relaxing and fun activities, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying made the following announcement, "The Summit of the Organization of the Seven Major Industrialized Countries took place in Italy from June 13 to June 15. During the summit, issues related to China, the Russia–Ukraine war, economics and trade, the South Sea conflict, and human rights were discussed. Given the world's current state of turmoil, Taiwan's situation is reportedly stable, but it must remain vigilant and independent, as well as strengthen its national defense, to ensure its security. Furthermore, Taiwan plays an important role in the global semiconductor supply chain. Archilife established the Taiwan Society of Sustainable Built Environment in 2006 so that the rest of the world could see Taiwan. Over the past few days, under the collaboration of the partners, a retirement blessing video directed to former iiSBE CEO Mr. Nils Larsson was completed, once again achieving international exchange." ![]() Next on the schedule was the keynote speech. First, Ms. Li Chun-ju presented a speech on the "Net-zero Substantial Living; Digital New Future". The speaker began by stating that climate change has jeopardized human survival, and that the promotion of net-life real living will undoubtedly occur. It is hoped that with a shift in mindset, it will be realized in people's daily lives. The speaker mentioned that the "Stakeholder and Just Transition Work and Briefing" held in all parts of Taiwan can help one understand the importance of net-zero education and school education combined, and allowing consumers to understand the impact of their choices on the environment through information transparency. The speaker also stated that through creative work socialization activities organized by the Ministry of Environment, next-generation digital creations are used as an interface for conveying net-zero concepts. In terms of a new digital future, the speaker stated that "new" refers to change, and that only through change can opportunities be created, resulting in massive strength. Finally, the speaker used digital creation videos to demonstrate the local digital outcomes. ![]() Next, Ms. Yu Dao-ling spoke on "Net-Zero City Planning Strategies". The speaker began by explaining that in order to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050 in architectural industrial transformation, building efficiency is expected to be improved through the use of low-carbon building materials and carbon-reduction methods. In the transportation sector, a low-carbon transportation network is promoted. The speaker went on to explain Kaohsiung City's governance practices in response to net-zero emissions. In addition to establishing net-zero academies to train talent, the "Self-Government Ordinance for Net-Zero Urban Development in Kaohsiung City" was also promulgated on June 3rd. With the goal of assisting private sectors and citizens in creating net-zero economic markets through public sector promotion. In response to climate change impacts, the focus should be on mitigation (carbon reduction and energy transformation) and adaptation (increased resilience). It is anticipated that through the promotion of community involvement, the general public will support environmental sustainability and acknowledge the importance of enhancing community resilience. ![]() Next, Ms. Li Ting-yi spoke on "Organic Hydroponics and Horticulture in Alleys and Lanes". The speaker first mentioned the "Fourth Asian Horticultural Congress" held in Tokyo, Japan, where the topic "organic hydroponics" was discussed. This model converts organic materials into nutrients via microorganisms that can be absorbed by plants, which is an important predisposing process. With urban families as the target, family waste, such as expired soya milk and milk, has the potential to become organic fertilizers in urban agriculture. The speaker also discussed her experimental process, which involved hydroponic installations, nutrient maturation, nutrient temperature, and changes in ion concentrations in response to different types of urban greening and waste reutilization in a circular economy. The speaker went on to discuss urban horticulture of edible crops in old town in Chiayi, the residents' choices that reflect the environmental characteristics of the lanes and alleys, personal preferences, and family needs, and how to add a touch of green to the densely populated urban alley and lane spaces. ![]() After the speech, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying presented a gift to the speakers on behalf of the foundation. Then, attendees expressed and exchanged their opinions and views during the piggy hour. The June Archilife Public Policy Communion ended smoothly. |
