2021年2月份國政聯誼會縮影 ![]() 本會於2021年2月7日假晶華酒店地下三樓晶英會舉行「祐生國政聯誼會」。在黃晉英秘書長宣布下揭開活動序幕,在輕鬆、活潑的節目後,隨即由主持人帶來重要訊息:「在全球疫情持續延燒下,各種產業皆受到影響,尤其航空旅遊業受到的衝擊最大,唯數化位的需求反而使科技業逆勢上揚。而疫情也造成全球局勢不穩定,各國政府雖採取補助措施,一旦無法持續,衝擊也將隨之而來。另外,美國新任總統拜登表示將重返巴黎氣候協定,重新省思氣候異變議題,也再度喚起大家對於氣候異變的重視。祐生生活特組目前也就疫情研討「求生存、謀生計、延生命」所應有之作為,使生活有所準則。期望大家都能安然度過這段艱難的時刻,迎向更好的未來。」 The February Archilife Public Policy Communion of 2021 was held on February 7, 2021. After a series of relaxing and fun activities, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying made the following announcement, "As the global pandemic continues to spread, various industries have been impacted, especially the aviation and tourism industries are subject to the greatest impacts. However, the demand for digitalization has led to the technology industry’s rise against all odds. The epidemic situation on the other hand has resulted in global instability. Although governments around the world have adopted subsidization measures, once they fail to sustain, impact will follow. In addition, the new US President Joe Biden mentioned the U.S. will rejoin the Paris Agreement , review and reflect on climate change issues and arouse public attention to climate change. The Archilife Living Special Team is currently discussing what should be done to "seeking survival, making a living, and extending life" during the pandemic, so as to set up guiding principles for life. Hopefully, everyone will safely get through the difficult times and move toward a better future. ![]() Next on the schedule was the keynote speech. First, Mr. Chang Chen-chung presented a speech on the "Cultural Ecology and Development". The presenter first said that development and cultural asset preservation are often in opposition to each other. With changes in public concepts in recent years, achieving both has gradually become possible. The presenter shared the case of linking the existing bicycle lane from Sandiaoling to the Mudan Tunnel. In addition to preserving the railway culture, it also develops from the perspective of ecological protection. He subsequently mentioned the issue of Magang Mao-Ao Fishing Village development and preservation. The presenter conducted a field investigation on the environmental characteristics of the fishing village, he suggested Magang and Mao-Ao to be integrated to preserve the completeness of fishing village buildings. The Bitan area of Xindian also encountered cultural preservation and development issues. The final decision was to adopt the reversible approach of mobile pontoons, without disturbing the ecology. Finally, the presenter said that cultural preservation and ecological protection are not hindrances to development. Correct attitudes and proper planning design will lead to a sound symbiotic relationship. ![]() Next, Ms. Chang Kuei-feng spoke on "SDGs and Urban and Rural Planning Policy". The presenter first used the "The new chapter of life in the Shashe River" as the example while serving as the director of the Department of Urban and Rural Development, Pingtung County. On February 5, 2021, the corridor alongside the river made up of the former site of Taiwan Sugar Corporation’s pulp mill and the Shashe River coast and wetland was officially completed. Additionally, the new face of the "Pingtung’s Min Park" was unboxed and introduced to the public to become a must-see new landmark when visiting Pingtung County. The presenter then showed the photographs before and after the renovation and mentioned the importance of professional planning teams that combined cross-domain talents and brainstorm to spark ideas. During the period, the land use plan was negotiated with Taiwan Sugar Corporation, taking into consideration water environment improvement planning and coastal disaster prevention. The presenter said the case is a manifestation of the reutilization of the industrial heritage cultural industry, with the SDGs circular economy, conservation, and ecological field protection concepts incorporated. ![]() Next, Ms. Yeh Jiuan-reng spoke on "The National Music Digital Archives Plan". The presenter first mentioned the Taiwan music historical material platform setup part in the Forward-Looking Infrastructure Development Plan introduced herein for the promotion of cultural sustainability. Meanwhile, the music digital archive database, the Taiwan Music Information Exchange Platform Database and the Online Database of Taiwanese Musicians, which were launched in 2011. In particular, the Online Database of Taiwanese Musicians is the systematic collection, preservation, and digitization of musical historical materials, with people as the focuses. So far, the data of 190 people have been established. The presenter also sequentially introduced Taiwan’s music culture map featuring geographic positioning and cross-categorization, thereby enhancing search aspects. There is a considerable quantity of works for appreciation. The presenter also reminded all to listen to music online to relax during their spare time. ![]() After the speech, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying presented a gift to the speakers on behalf of the foundation. Then, attendees expressed and exchanged their opinions and views during the piggy hour. The February Archilife Public Policy Communion ended smoothly. |
