2016年3月份國政聯誼會縮影 　　本會已於2016年3月27日假晶華酒店地下三樓晶英會舉行「祐生國政聯誼會」。在主持人黃晉英秘書長宣布後揭開當日活動序幕，在輕鬆、活潑的節目過後，隨即由主持人帶來重要訊息：「面對網路社群活躍的時代，任何資訊都能在網路迅速的散播，提醒大家謹言慎行，不能忽視這種傳播可能帶來的後果與效應，同時須注意安全與保密。因此，在這數位化的時代，接續世代將是改變台灣的動力，期許在座的祐生成員能在各自的領域中發揮所長，共同為台灣更美好的未來而努力。」 　　The March Archilife Public Policy Communion of 2016 was held on March 27, 2016. After a series of relaxing and fun activities, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying made the following announcement, "Situated in the time of diverse internet communities, any information can be circulated in the net rapidly. I would like to remind people to be careful with their words and conduct and not to overlook their impacts and effects. At the same time, we should pay more attention to information security and secrecy. Therefore, in the digital era, future generations will be the driving force of Taiwan. I expect the members of Archilife to develop their own specialties, endeavoring together for the better future of Taiwan." 　　緊接著進行專題演講，由國政會委員高傳棋先生主講「社區綠色生活市集與小旅行的活存意涵」。主講人首先提到日前為台北市長柯文哲進行萬華地區導覽的過程，接著介紹以有限資源製作出的萬華小旅行地圖，除了景點的標示，內容還包括歷史、特殊文化及在地美食。主講人以自身專業所學深耕故鄉，進行多場在地導覽與特展之策劃，並以淺顯易懂的說明及遊戲方式，讓小朋友容易了解，達到傳承的目的。主講人接著以豐富圖片介紹萬華地區早期生活場景及活動，最後，期望大家能用心關懷生活居住地，傳承生活經驗。 　　Next on the schedule was the keynote speech. First, Mr. Gao Chuan-chi, a member of the Public Policy Committee, presented a speech on the "The Meanings of the Existence of Green Life Markets in Communities and Small Trip". First, the speaker mentioned the trip taken by Mayor Ko Wen-je in the Wanhua area the other day. Then he introduced the small trip map of Wanhua produced with limited resources. In addition to highlighting the scenic resorts, it also introduced the history, special culture, and local food in the area for us. With his learning, the speaker plough deeply in his hometown by conducting a number of local guided tours and planning of special exhibitions. With simple but profound illustrations and games, he tried to help the children understand the town better in a comprehensive manner to accomplish the goal of legacy. The speaker continued to introduce the scenes and daily life activities of Wanhua in early times with many pictures. Lastly, he hoped people would be more concerned about their habitats to transmit the experience of everyday life. 　　接著由國政會委員周裕清先生主講「癌症防治社區紮根計畫」。主講人首先提到癌症強調早期發現早期治療，但患者壽命延長，故得到第二個癌症的機會也增加。平時使用的日常用品、飲食、不良的生活習慣及極端氣候，都潛藏著致癌因子。統計指出台灣癌症發生率長期趨勢為逐年上升，男性的機率又略高於女性，健保的支出也隨之增加。有鑒於此，台北市醫師公會、健保署及國民健康署聯合推動癌症防治社區紮根計畫，深耕癌症防治教育訓練，落實定期篩檢。最後主講人提醒大家在氣候異變下，疫病擴散加劇，癌症發生率提高，應更加注重平日預防保健及健康管理。 　　Next, Mr. Chou Yu-ching, a member of the Public Policy Committee, spoke on "Community Cancer Prevention Plan". First, the presenter mentioned that it was important to treat cancer in the earliest time once it was diagnosed. By doing so, the patients could still extend their lives. However, they may suffer from another cancer. It is likely that cancer risks factors might be hidden in daily utensils, food, and drink consumed by us, bad habits in daily life, and extreme weather. According to statistics, there is a rising trend for people to suffer from cancer in Taiwan every year. There is a higher percentage of males who suffer from cancer than females. So is the former's NHI expenditure. Considering the facts, Taipei Medical Association, The National Health Insurance Administration, and Health Promotion Administration have collaborated to launch the community cancer prevention project, endeavoring in the educational training of cancer prevention, and conducting regular cancer screening. Lastly, the speaker reminded people to pay more attention to prevention health care and health management in the times of weather changes and the rapid dissemination of contagious diseases that would elevate the chance of suffering from cancer. 　　演講完畢，黃晉英秘書長代表基金會致贈謝禮予主講人。接著在與會者紛紛利用「餵豬時間」提出個人意見與看法互相交流後，圓滿地結束三月份國政聯誼會。 　　After the speech, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying presented a gift to the speakers on behalf of the foundation. Then, attendees expressed and exchanged their opinions and views during the piggy hour. The March Archilife Public Policy Communion ended smoothly.
