2012「高雄厝」永續綠建築國際論壇會議參與紀要 ![]() To enforce the internationalization of Archilife, to continuously promote GB+Symbiosis=SB, and to share with the world Taiwan's achievements in promoting SB, TSSBE (Taiwan Society of Sustainable Built Environment) specifically sponsored the Kaohsiung LOHAS Building Conference 2012 and Green Building Prize Presentation Ceremony (KLBCGBPPC) organized on 26 November 2012 by the Kaohsiung City Government(KCG) and organized the Symbiosis and WILD-TECH Seminar and banquet. ![]() The KLBCGBPPC was to enforce five values of the KCG, including ecology, economy, inhabitability, creativity, and internationalization. It also aimed at finding the identification, identifiability, identity, and future of local buildings in terms of international vision and local persistence, attractive local architectural culture, visionary green building technology, and bottom-up participation in community empowerment. Therefore, the Kaohsiung LOHAS Building Project was planned and promoted by means of requesting creative proposals and exhibitions, seminars and outcome publicity and marketing. The design principles, indicators, certification mechanisms, and matching work of Kaohsiung LOHAS buildings were established to build specialty buildings in Kaohsiung, arouse the national awareness of the customs and culture of Kaohsiung, push the development of local construction and tourism-related industries, promote local industrial upgrade, create local land and building values, and set a new example for sustainable development and sustainable building in tropical areas. ![]() The event included: keynote speeches, the presentation, and exhibition of the suppliers of green materials. The keynote speech focused on five topics: intelligent green building policy, carbon reduction and hazard resilient buildings, sustainability and low-carbon environment strategy, eco-city design, and environmental change. ![]() In order to welcome iiSBE CEO Nils Larsson, the speaker, and his wife Gillian Chaloner-Larsson who was visiting Taiwan for the first time, besides substantially sponsoring that event, Secretary General Huang, Professor Su Ching-hua, Mr. Lin De-en, Mr. Chung Cheng-hsin, Mr. Luo Yang-ching, Mr. Tsai Kun-hsien, and Ms Tang Shu-chen specifically travelled to Kaohsiung to join the seminar on Symbiosis and WILD-TECH with Mr. Nils Larsson and Mrs. Gillian Chaloner-Larsson. 座談時,黃秘書長再次表達歡迎也開心接受Gillian特別準備的禮物,並說明Symbiosis及WILD-TECH實踐的現況;此外,與會的座談人員也廣泛地交換意見,議題包括:害蟲防治與農藥使用、微生物的重要性、垂直綠化與養護、超高建築安全、氣候異變的影響及政策導向、永續發展下的平衡模式、健康調查與貧窮、循環系統等。大家就專精領域熱烈交換心得與看法,圓滿完成了座談。其間,蘇慶華教授也開心宣佈,成功發表北醫在國際期刊《Nature》第一篇有關念珠球菌的研究論文。 After expressing again gratitude to Mr. and Mrs. Larsson and accepting the special gift by Mrs. Larsson, Secretary General Huang reported on the practice of symbiosis and WILD-TECH in Taiwan. ![]() ![]() The banquet followed immediately after the seminar. Besides Mr. and Mrs. Larsson, other guests included Professor Su Ching-hua; Professor Chiang Che-ming and his wife; Professor Tsuyoshi Seike of Tokyo University; Professor Tsou Jin-Yeu of the Chinese University of Hong Kong; Director-General Huang Chi-ming of the Office of Building Administration, KCG; Deputy Director-General Lee Cheng-hsien; Section Chief Cheng Pin-chieh; Director-General Su Chi-hsun; Director Juan Han-cheng of the National Association of the Interior Design, ROC; Archilife members including Mr. Li Yen-yi, Mr. Chou Po-cheng, Ms Chang Kuei-feng, Mr. Lin De-en, Mr. Chung Cheng-hsin, Mr. Luo Yang-ching, Mr. Tsai Kun-hsien, and Ms Tang Shu-chen; and TSSBE members including Ms Huang Lin-lin and Mr. Wang Min-chou. At the banquety, Secretary General Huang also presented souvenirs to Mr. and Mrs. Larsson. The banquet ended perfectly after the guests and the hosts had thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the farewell included feelings of regret at parting. |
