東京電玩展2023活動參訪案 　　2023年的東京電玩展（Tokyo Game Show 2023）於9月21至24日在千葉幕張展覽館舉辦，以「遊戲悅動、世界幻變」做為主題標語，與全球疫情過後，世界再展活力相呼應，將活動展出規模恢復到疫情前的盛大。自在疫情期間，展覽普遍數位化、線上化的結果，使得實體展覽的必要性受到質疑，從今年的TGS來看，部分廠商的展出規模較以往縮水，甚至出現主流的三大平台商都缺席的情況，缺乏一個能夠吸納大量玩家的主力攤位，主展館中央位置的日本大廠撐起主要的看頭，其他展館部分就明顯人潮數較低。 　　Tokyo Game Show 2023 was held from Sep. 21 to 24 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. Returning in full force this year, the Tokyo Game Show's theme – "games in motion, the world in revolution", reflected the world re-energized after the pandemic. During the pandemic, many exhibitions shifted online, raising questions about the need for physical ones. It was evident at TGS 2023 that some vendors had scaled down their exhibition, even the three mainstream platform vendors were missing in action. Lacking an anchor exhibitor that can attract gamers in droves and with only the Japanese gaming giants holding up interest in the main exhibition hall, there was significantly smaller crowds in other exhibition halls. 　　相較之下，在獨立遊戲區域，展出的攤位數量相當豐富，超過十組以上的台灣遊戲團隊在此展出作品，而本會長年關注的實驗型遊戲發表活動Sense of Wonder Night，這屆依然有非常亮眼、具有創意的作品與表現方式。本會參訪成員也會持續將相關資訊帶回給國內社群，期望能對本土的遊戲開發者提供更多不同的觀點。 　　More than 10 game developer teams from Taiwan showcased their works here. Sense of Wonder Night – the event where experimental games are released and which the ARF has long kept an eye on, continued to deliver captivating and creative works and ways of expression. The ARF's visiting members will continue to bring back relevant information to the community in Taiwan, hoping to provide different perspectives for local game developers.
