Secretary General Huang Chin-ying addressed that the human attitude toward life has completely changed in the three years since the spread of COVID-19. People began to reconsider unnecessary practices in their daily lives in order to simplify their lives. Agencies and units, on the other hand, have eliminated inefficient systems and become more efficient. The pandemic has altered people, matters and things over the past three years. Hope everyone consider the future course of action. Furthermore, the election was completed last week, which pleased some and disappointed others. This year's trend is "to start thinking about change." The election deviated from tradition by participating in the digital war on the Internet, demonstrating the rise of the younger generation, whose influence cannot be underestimated. As a result, Archilife's decision-making incorporates the perspectives of future generations, seeking innovation and change and enabling it to meet future challenges.
接著由指導教授蘇慶華先生致辭，首先表示時光荏苒，歲月如梭，在座可見祐生許多新世代成員，展現無比活力！放眼未來可謂充滿希望，也提醒大家傳承祐生「求生存、謀生計、延生命」之理念，繼續努力。指導教授蘇慶華先生接著提到，多年前林俊興董事長即預見了能源問題、氣候異變以及疫病傳播，現今持續在發生，提醒祐生成員們要謹慎面對，但毋須恐慌，並且要學習如何預判情勢，才能洞燭機先，趨吉避凶。
Advisor Mr. Su Ching-hua then delivered his address. He asserted that time flies by at the speed of a weaver’s shuttle. The Archilife members of the next generation who attended exhibited unmatched vigor! Future prospects are filled with optimism. Everyone is reminded to carry on Archilife's philosophy of "striving for survival, earning a living and extending life." Mr. Su Ching-hua then mentioned President Lin Chun-hsin, who foresaw the ongoing occurrence of energy issues, climate change, and the spread of disease. We should approach them with caution, but there is no need for alarm. In order to pursue good fortune and avoid misfortune, Archilife members must acquire the ability to evaluate the circumstances, foresee future events and observe omens, and pursue good fortune and avoid disasters.
After the address, a video annual report for 2021 was played, which presented the activities in the past year. From the multimedia show and Secretary General Huang Chin-ying’s introduction, all the participants came to know the activities sponsored by Archilife in the past year a little better. Then, the Archilife Online Exhibition video 2022 followed suit to present how Archilife members realized the foundation’s motto: benefit life. Secretary General Huang Chin-ying presented exquisite souvenirs to every participating member.
頒獎結束，黃晉英秘書長亦邀請祐生成員發表感言，並感性地做結語，表示隨著防疫政策放寬，許多人迫不及待有所作為，林俊興董事長提醒大家目前沒有樂觀的本錢，仍須戒慎恐懼，保守以對，才能在整體環境未穩定前保全自身。語畢，祐生成員給予熱烈掌聲。
Secretary General Huang Chin-ying extended an invitation to Archilife members to express their opinions and views and share closing remarks with sentiments at the event's closing. She said that many more people will be able to make a difference now that policies aimed at pandemic prevention have been relaxed. President Lin Chun-hsin stresses the importance of remaining vigilant and cautious, saying that optimism is still too far off to be a viable option at this time. We can only safeguard ourselves until the situation as a whole stabilizes and this can only be done by approaching it with caution. All the Archilife members applauded enthusiastically after she finished speaking.
