本會已於2015年6月28日假台北喜來登大飯店地下二樓喜廳舉行「祐生國政聯誼會」。在主持人黃晉英秘書長宣布後揭開當日活動序幕，在輕鬆、活潑的節目過後，隨即由主持人帶來重要訊息：「在1990年時，董事長曾帶隊前往大陸參與世界建築大會，期間提供諸多建言。但在後來祐生考量環境與人類生存之間的關連性，而有共生化之相關研究，但此時大陸仍以構築現代化建築為標竿，偏離與氣候異變的關係。然而，祐生反思氣候異變的不可逆，經過多年來的參與及努力，與台灣有志之士共同催生「永續發展政策綱領」及「國家氣候變遷調適政策綱領」，因而能由上而下對於氣候異變有所作為。另外，昨日發生了八仙樂園塵爆事件，在此提醒大家重視防災概念，並隨時隨地注意己身安全。」
The June Archilife Public Policy Communion of 2015 was held on June 28, 2015. After a series of relaxing and fun activities, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying made the following announcement, "When the chairman took Archilife members to the World Congress of Architecture in 1990, he made many recommendations there. Considering the connection between the environment and human existence later on, we started the research into symbiosis. At that time, China still emphasized modern architecture against the correlation between architecture and climate change. As climate change is irreversible, after years of involvement and efforts, we and those interested in the topic hastened the birth of the National Sustainable Development Policy Guidelines and Adaptation Strategy to Climate Change in Taiwan. This thus enabled top-down actions for climate change. In addition, the Formosa Fun Coast explosion reminded us of the importance of disaster prevention and paying attention to personal safety."
接著進行專題演講，由國政會委員洪啟東先生主講「委員會相關氣候變遷及都市災害審議經驗分享：韌性永續城市的崛起」。主講人首先談到委員會相關的政策、計畫以及與氣候異變的相關性。主講人以彰化田尾、礁溪、土城為例，說明在都市計畫審議過程中，會特別注意防災系統。目前天然與人為災害頻傳，突顯出都市空間治理的欠缺，需重視減災思維以提升城市韌性。面對超級天災，環境承受在崩潰邊緣，我們應以整體性、系統性的思維進行減緩與調適的整合策略規劃。因此，韌性城市的實踐，方能降低環境的威脅。
Next on the schedule was the keynote speech. First, Mr. Hung Chi-tung, a member of the Public Policy Committee, presented a speech on the "Sharing of the Review of Climate Change and Urban Disaster Issues by the Committee: The Rise of Resilient Cities". The speaker began with the connection among relevant committee policies, plans, and climate change. With Tianwei in Changhua, Jiaosi and Tucheng as examples, Hung explained the emphasis on disaster prevention system planning in urban planning review. The frequent natural and man-induced disasters occurred recently marked out the inefficiency of urban spatial governance and the need for concern about disaster mitigation to enhance urban resilience. Facing super natural disasters, we should make strategic planning integrating mitigation and adaptation through overall and systematic thinking. Therefore, the realization of resilient cities is the only solution for reducing environmental threats.
接著由國政會委員張震鐘先生主講「當前文化景觀保存觀念與面臨課題」。主講人首先提到台灣多年來在文化資產保存實務上面臨許多問題，「文化資產保存法」已密集進行修法研擬階段。而文化景觀包含著有形與無形的生態與環境，台灣在採取登錄制下，應重新檢視文化景觀的意涵，才能真正符合應有的概念與價值。接著，主講人進一步說明國際上文化景觀的定義與發展，指出意義為人類與自然環境互動多樣性的宣示。所以，主講人澄清長久以來對於文化景觀將主角放在古蹟與歷史建築的認知與習慣，強調應為「人類與自然互動而形成之景觀」。
Next, Mr. Chang Chen-chung, a member of the Public Policy Committee, spoke on "Current Concepts and Issues in Cultural Landscape Preservation". The speaker began with the problems in cultural asset preservation practice over the years in Taiwan, and the intensive amendment of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Act. As cultural landscapes include both tangible and intangible ecologies and environments, when implementing the registration policy, Taiwan should review the implications of cultural landscapes to fulfill their due concepts and value. Then, Chang explained the international definitions and development of cultural landscapes and indicated cultural landscapes refer to the diversified interaction between human beings and nature. Therefore, Chang clarified the misconception of cultural landscapes as historical sites and buildings and restated that cultural landscapes should be "the landscapes formed by the interaction between human beings and nature".
演講完畢，黃晉英秘書長代表基金會致贈謝禮予主講人。接著在與會者紛紛利用「餵豬時間」提出個人意見與看法互相交流後，圓滿地結束六月份國政聯誼會。
After the speech, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying presented a gift to the speakers on behalf of the foundation. Then, attendees expressed and exchanged their opinions and views during the piggy hour. The June Archilife Public Policy Communion ended smoothly.
