本會於2026年6月14日假台北遠東香格里拉大飯店地下一樓大都會廳舉行「祐生國政聯誼會」。由主持人黃晉英秘書長宣布後揭開當日活動序幕，在來賓介紹、慶生之後，隨即由主持人帶來重要訊息：「當前氣候異變加劇，極端氣候頻傳，對自然環境的衝擊加深了人類社會的群體焦慮。同時，國際地緣政治衝突如美伊戰爭、烏俄戰爭仍未停歇，讓我們深刻體認到領導者的決策至關重要。因此，面對瞬息萬變的挑戰，期許祐生成員都能以圓熟智慧應對，持續學習、提升知識量。唯有保有強大的心理韌性，並秉持利他的核心價值，才能正向且穩健地向前邁進。此外，也提醒大家務必落實保障智慧財產權，相互尊重並恪守法規，以避免不必要的法律糾紛。」
The June Archilife Public Policy Communion of 2026 was held on June 14, 2026. After introducing the guests and the birthday celebrations, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying made the following announcement, "The natural environment has been significantly affected by the escalating climate change and the frequent occurrence of extreme weather events, which have exacerbated collective societal anxiety. With unresolved international geopolitical conflicts, such as those involving the United States and Iran, and the Russia-Ukraine war, we have gained a profound understanding that leadership decision-making is of the utmost importance. Therefore, in the face of these ever-changing challenges, I hope that every Archilife member will respond with sophisticated wisdom and a commitment to continuous learning to broaden their knowledge. Only by maintaining strong mental resilience and adhering to our core value of altruism can we move forward positively and steadily. Furthermore, I remind everyone to diligently implement intellectual property protections, practice mutual respect, and strictly comply with all laws and regulations to avoid unnecessary legal disputes."
 緊接著進行專題演講，由國政委員張震鐘先生主講「文資的移築保存」。主講人首先說明「移築保存」是指在都市開發與歷史保存衝突時，將具有文資價值的建築透過解體重組或整體搬遷至新址的方式予以保留。主講人舉出著名個案，埃及的阿布辛貝神殿因興建亞斯文水壩而整體遷移，促成了日後《保護世界文化和自然遺產公約》的誕生；日本愛知縣的博物館明治村，保存展示移築復原的明治時期建築；而臺灣的林安泰古厝，當時因敦化南路拓寬而面臨拆除，引起古蹟保護運動，促進《文化資產保存法》立法。最後，主講人也期望歷史文化保存與新開發能兩者兼顧，達到共存平衡。
Next on the schedule was the keynote speech. First, Mr. Chang Chen-chung presented a speech on "The Relocation and Preservation of Cultural Heritage." The speaker first stated that "relocation and preservation" refers to the process of preserving buildings that exhibit significant cultural value through deconstructing and reconstructing them or by physically relocating them in the event that urban development conflicts with historical preservation. The Abu Simbel temples in Egypt, which were relocated during the construction of the Aswan Dam, were among the numerous notable examples cited by the speaker. This relocation facilitated the establishment of the "Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage," the Museum Meiji-Mura in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, which preserves and showcases restored buildings from the Meiji era, and the Lin An Tai Historical House and Museum in Taiwan, which faced demolition as a result of the Dunhua South Road widening works. This sparked a substantial historical preservation movement in Taiwan, ultimately resulting in the enactment of the "Cultural Heritage Preservation Act." Lastly, the speaker conveyed his hope that coexistence would be accomplished, taking into account historical and cultural preservation and development.
 接著由國政委員周裕清先生主講「從控制三高到先治肥胖」。主講人首先表示傳統的三高治療常忽略病因追逐症狀，新的方式應該是治療肥胖，以達到全面改善。目前減重藥物已突破「療效鴻溝」，新型藥物已逼近手術效果。減重不僅可減少內臟脂肪，降低血壓，恢復正常血糖，且對於心血管代謝風險因子有系統性改善。主講人也提出開立處方的實務方法，須逐步調整藥物劑量及管理副作用，而為了減少復胖，體重達標後建議改為維持劑量。目前國際指引已將肥胖治療提升為核心策略，提醒大家應重視肥胖、積極減重。
Next, Mr. Chou Yu-ching spoke on "From the Control of Hyperlipidemia, Hyperglycemia, and Hypertension, to Prioritizing the Treatment of Obesity." The speaker first stated that conventional treatment for hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, and hypertension frequently fails to address the underlying causes and instead follows the symptoms. The novel approach entails the treatment of diabetes in order to achieve a comprehensive improvement. Current weight-loss pharmaceuticals have bridged the efficacy gap, offering therapeutic benefits that now rival the efficacy of surgery. Effective weight management reduces visceral fat, lowers blood pressure, and normalizes blood glucose, thereby providing systemic improvements in cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors. The speaker also discussed practical methodologies for issuing prescriptions, gradually adjusting the doses, and managing side effects. To reduce the risk of weight regain, it is recommended to switch to a maintenance dose once the target weight is achieved. At present, international guidelines have elevated obesity treatment to a core strategy, urging everyone to pay greater attention to obesity and proactively participate in weight loss.
 接著由國政委員楊正帆先生主講「AI與實證醫學」。主講人首先說明AI發展歷經30年累積，直至近年生成式AI與大型語言模型問世，正式迎來知識革命的奇異點。而實證醫學的定義即為系統性回顧、統合分析及隨機對照試驗。主講人表示，從早期專家系統到當代大型語言模型，AI與醫學的融合歷程跨越半世紀，每個節點都代表著技術典範的重大躍遷。AI進入醫學，不僅在影像診斷上等同或超越專科醫師，在AI輔助藥物研發與臨床試驗中，亦獲得很好的成果。主講人提醒大家，AI醫療應用的快速擴張，帶來了不可迴避的倫理困境與技術局限，唯有正視這些挑戰，方能確保AI真正服務於全體病患的最大利益。
Next, Mr. Yang Cheng-fan spoke on "AI and Evidence-Based Medicine." The speaker first stated that after three decades of incremental development, the emergence of generative AI and large-scale language models has triggered a singularity in the knowledge revolution. Evidence-based medicine defines systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and randomized controlled trials. The speaker noted that from early expert systems to contemporary large-scale language models, the integration of AI and medicine has spanned half a century, with each milestone representing a significant leap in technological paradigms. AI integration in medicine has not only achieved parity with - or even surpassed - human specialists in diagnostic imaging, but has also yielded positive outcomes in AI-assisted pharmaceutical R&D and clinical trials. The speaker cautioned that the rapid expansion of AI in medical applications has introduced unavoidable ethical dilemmas and technical constraints. He emphasized that only by proactively addressing these challenges can we ensure that AI truly serves the best interests of all patients.
 演講完畢，黃晉英秘書長代表基金會致贈謝禮予主講人。接著在與會者紛紛利用「餵豬時間」提出個人意見與看法交流後，圓滿地結束六月份國政聯誼會。
After the speech, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying presented a gift to the speakers on behalf of the foundation. Then, attendees expressed and exchanged their opinions and views during the piggy hour. The June Archilife Public Policy Communion ended smoothly.
