Section: Activity |  2026年3月22日由呂明澐小姐帶領25位見習生及其家長們至高雄進行無毒橡皮與岡山航空軍武暨製醬體驗之旅。首站來到位於湖內的富樂夢觀光工廠，跟隨導覽員認識這座以環境友善為理念的文具樂園，除靜態展出的文具簡史、製造機台、多功能筆盒等懷舊文具，富樂夢推廣的無毒橡皮擦更是吸睛焦點，其製程不添加任何塑化劑且使用可回收的「熱塑性彈性體」取代PVC，導覽員亦透過徵答互動，讓大家了解產品製程要點；接著橡皮擦製作體驗區，見習生與家長們依序將預先調配定量的環保塑粒投入機器中加熱熔融，轉為可塑狀態的塑粒押出成連續長條；眾人各取一段，依喜好將長條橡皮調整成麻花、S曲線或筆直樣式，再置入冷水槽冷卻定型，安全無毒的橡皮擦便順利誕生。
For the study tour of March 22, 2026, Ms. Lu Ming-yun led 25 ARF interns and their parents on a trip to Kaohsiung to learn about non-toxic eraser, Gangshan air force and sauce-making. Eco-friendly FLOMO Stationery Museum in Hunei displays a brief history of stationery, production machinery and nostalgic stationery such as multipurpose pencil cases. What captivated everyone most was FLOMO's non-toxic eraser, which is free of plasticizer and uses recyclable thermoplastic elastomer instead of PVC. Everyone learned key manufacturing points during Q&A before proceeding to DIY eraser-making. After melting plastic pellets in a machine to form a moldable rod, everyone took one segment, shaped it into a twist, an S-curve, or a straight form, and placed it in a cold-water tank to cool and set, completing a safe, non-toxic eraser.
 午餐過後，一行人前往位於國軍岡山基地內的空軍官校航空教育展示館參訪。當步入如飛碟造型般的主體建築，超過三千坪的一樓地面與挑高16.5公尺的二樓懸吊空間，霸氣地展示著數十架飛行載具，立即對眾人構成了巨大的視覺震撼，在曾任戰鬥機飛行員的蔣教官如數家珍地解說下，自二戰以來執行各式戰鬥、空投、偵察及運輸任務的飛機，甚至是來自對岸的投誠機，彷彿從凍結的時空裡又活了起來，讓見習生似可想像自身從未經歷的經典戰役。循著館內的環形參觀動線，蔣教官娓娓道來關於美軍在1958年「八二三砲戰」軍援的響尾蛇飛彈、我國自研天劍系列飛彈，以及各式武器裝備的秘聞故事，更透過發動機、減速鉤與機翼材質等飛行構件的提問猜謎，加深見習生們對航空科技的認識；接下來眾人於一樓的模擬區，試登F-5E戰鬥教練機與UH-1H通用直升機，即使座艙內部空間狹小，大家仍緊握被複雜儀表包圍的操縱桿擺拍，畢竟比起電子遊戲機，這可是貨真價實的手感，蔣教官也鼓勵對航空軍武有興趣的見習生們，未來可加入空軍成為下世代的國防力量。
After lunch, everyone visited the ROC Air Force Academy's Aviation Education Exhibition Hall in Gangshan. Walking into the UFO-shaped building, everyone was awed by the vast floor area and towering ceiling where dozens of aircraft are displayed. Former fighter pilot Mr. Chiang proudly introduced airplanes used in battles, airdrops, reconnaissance and transportation since WWII, and even airplanes that had defected from across the strait. His vivid account seemed to bring interns back to past battles. Mr. Chiang also introduced AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles used during the Second Taiwan Strait Crisis in 1958, Taiwan's own Sky Sword missiles, and shared little-known stories about weapons. Q&A on aviation parts, such as engine, arresting gear and wing material, deepened interns' understanding of aviation technology. In the simulation zone, everyone stepped into the F-5E fighter trainer and UH-1H utility helicopter, and eagerly posed for photos holding the control stick despite the narrow space as it certainly felt more real than a game console joystick. Mr. Chiang also encouraged interns interested in air force to become part of the nation's defense force in the future.
 岡山行程的最後一站是志斌豆瓣醬故事館，身為第四代傳人的袁偉菁老師先帶領眾人在館前埕內進行搓豆體驗，將竹簸中已培菌好的黃豆大片鏟翻，捏碎成塊後用手搓離成粒，略帶黃褐豆麴菌孢子的揚塵在竹簸中升起，位在下風處的見習生及家長們無不灰頭土臉，袁老師特別說明，從選豆、煮豆、種麴到搓豆的過程是不曬太陽的，接下來要進行黃豆下缸後的曝曬攪醬，才需要180日的日照與每日手工翻攪，為了給大家更深刻的攪醬體驗，特選已放置長達三年，較一般六個月豆瓣醬缸更濃的三年缸來操作；見習生們舉起比其身高還長的木棒，使出吃奶的力氣用力攪動濃稠的醬體，家長們亦在其後輪番上陣，紛紛驚於豆瓣醬之重，歎服見習生們驚人的毅力。至此，本日高雄的參訪已近尾聲，也讓眾人了解文具製造、航空軍武和空軍眷村古法醬料，從個人到國家安全的守護息息相關，並期待於下次見識之旅能體驗更多串聯古今的地方智慧。
The final stop was Zhi Bin Bean Sauce Story House. Led by Ms. Yuan Wei-ching, fourth-generation successor, the visit began with bean-rubbing in the courtyard. The group turned cultured soybeans in bamboo trays, crushed them, and rubbed them into small granules. Yellowish-brown koji spores rose, leaving those downwind covered in dust. Ms. Yuan explained that sun exposure was unnecessary during bean selection, cooking, inoculation, and rubbing; after soybeans entered vats, however, 180 days of sunlight and daily hand-stirring were needed. For a deeper experience, she selected a three-year-old vat thicker than ordinary six-month fermented bean sauce. Interns lifted sticks taller than themselves and used all their strength to stir the thick sauce, while parents took turns and marveled at its weight. As the tour ended, everyone learned how stationery manufacturing, aviation history, and traditional sauce-making connected personal and national safety, while anticipating more tours linking past and present wisdom.
