Section: Special Team Conferences | 生活特組現階段任務為根據氣候異變演變趨勢與疫後新世界將面臨的挑戰，進行發想與研討後提出指引。為達成前述任務，生活特組於114年持續召開會議就相關議題進行研討。生活特組由蘇慶華教授指導；組長為鄭瑋寧小姐；組員包括：湯淑貞小姐、鍾政勳先生、蔡坤憲先生、羅陽青先生、高傳棋先生、林得恩先生、王文安先生、劉定衢先生、陳泰安先生、周裕清先生等。茲將各階段研討成果說明如下：
The Living Special Team’s current task is to propose guidelines following conceptualization and discussion based on challenges that arise as a result of the evolution of climate change and the new post-pandemic world. In order to achieve the aforementioned task, the Living Special Team convened meetings in 2025 to discuss pertinent issues. The Living Special Team is led by Professor Su Ching-hua, with Ms. Cheng Wei-ning as the team leader, and its members include: Ms. Tang Shu-chen, Mr. Chung Cheng-hsin, Mr. Tsai Kun-hsien, Mr. Luo Yang-ching, Mr. Gao Chuan-chi, Mr. Lin De-en, Mr. Wang Wen-an, Mr. Liu Ding-chyu, Mr. Chen Tai-an, and Mr. Chou Yu-ching. The outcomes of the discussions for each phase are as follows:
 自114年1月3日起至6月27日止，召開114年上半年會議，本階段之研究係從氣候異變、生態環境、科技發展等層面切入，思索如何藉由共生化收縮物質；藉由數位化膨脹精神，進而聚焦探討氣候異變與健康一體、創新科技與產業發展、智慧生活與精神文明、世代挑戰與星際探索等議題，分析其發展趨勢、影響與挑戰後提出策略與行動方案，期能建構個體、社會乃至國家等不同尺度下的未來生活。
The Living Special Team conferences for the first half of 2025 were held between January 3 and June 27. During this phase, the research direction focused on climate change, ecological environment, technological development, and other aspects in order to contemplate how to achieve material contraction through symbiosis and expand the spirit through digitalization. This, in turn, will direct attention to discussions regarding climate change and health, innovative technology and industrial development, smart living and spiritual civilization, generational challenges and interstellar exploration, and other topics. The development trends, effects, and challenges were explored to put forth specific strategies and action plans. It is anticipated that future living can be constructed on various scales, such as individuals, societies, and nations.
 自114年7月4日起至12月19日止，召開114年下半年會議，本階段之研究係就氣候環境變異、人口結構變遷、科技發展預測、國際情勢研判等層面，建構未來情境分析後，從永續之前、明天之後；物質收縮、精神膨脹；文明備份、星際探索等維度，研擬疫後新世界指引，並提出風險治理與韌性建構、氣候變遷與永續策略、空間防護與生態健康、新興科技與倫理治理、社會變遷與生活轉型和星際探索與文明躍升等核心議題，期能作為本會未來推動前瞻研究與政策倡議的重要依據。
The Living Special Team conferences took place in the second half of 2025, from July 4 to December 19. The research direction at this stage encompassed the construction of after future situational analysis, before forever; after tomorrow, material contraction, spiritual expansion, civilization backup, interstellar exploration, and other dimensions, with a focus on climate and environmental changes, demographic structure changes, technological development forecast, determination of international situations, and other aspects. A post-pandemic new world guide was formulated, and risk governance and resilience construction, climate change and sustainability strategies, spatial protection and ecological health, emerging technologies and ethical governance, social change and life transformation, and interstellar exploration and civilization leap, and other core issues were proposed. They are expected to serve as an important basis for the Archilife Research Foundation’s prospective study and policy initiatives.
 展望未來，生活特組將持續深化疫後新世界指引，並研擬祐生研究基金會碩士學位論文獎助辦法，導引相關核心議題之研究，以提供本會作為擘畫台灣永續發展，進而引領未來世界走向，創建人類新文明的重要依據。
Looking ahead, the Living Special Team
will continue to define post-pandemic new world guidelines, develop Archilife’s Guidelines for Scholarships of Master’s Dissertation, and guide research on the relevant core issues. All of the above shall serve as the critical basis for Archilife Research Foundation to plan Taiwan’s sustainable development, direct the world’s future, and create a new civilization for humanity.
