本會於2025年6月14日假台北大倉久和大飯店三樓久和廳舉行「祐生2025年會」。嘉賓們陸續簽到後，藉著會前聯誼時間，在熱絡的氣氛中交流互動。隨即由主持人黃晉英秘書長宣布開會，正式揭開當日活動序幕。在來賓介紹及帶領歌唱、慶生等節目後，黃晉英秘書長致辭表示：「祐生歷經46年的淬煉，貫徹組織、計畫、執行、考核的行事準則，請各位祐生成員持續累積知識量，與祐生一同以穩健踏實的腳步繼續前進。另外，近期國際戰事頻仍，加諸氣候異變的威脅，人禍與天災加乘的結果，使得生活環境更加險峻。值得欣慰的是，祐生成員都能謹言慎行、保守以對，期望祐生成員能在祐生的引領下循序漸進，為人類開創通往未來的道路！」
The Archilife Research Foundation Convention 2025 was held at The Okura Prestige Taipei on June 14, 2025. After the guests successively signed up, they engaged in exchanges and interactions with a warm atmosphere during the communion time before the meeting. Secretary General Huang Chin-ying, the host, announced the opening of the meeting, officially marking the beginning of the activity on the day. After the guests' introductions, leading singing and birthday celebrations, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying said that, "After 46 years of refinement, we are implementing the code of conduct in organization, planning, implementation, and assessment. The Archilife members have been asked to build on their knowledge and continue to support Archilife. Furthermore, with recent frequent international wars and the threat of climate change, the combination of man-made and natural disasters creates a harsher living environment. It is encouraging to know that all Archilife members can speak, act, and cope conservatively. It is hoped that Archilife members will make steady, incremental progress under Archilife's guidance, paving the way for humanity's future!"
 接著由指導教授蘇慶華先生致辭表示：「很高興在祐生46週年年會與成員們相聚，自身加入祐生已30年，一直受到祐生理念所感召，從共生循環到永續建築環境，持續創新並擁有創造力，更重要的是祐生也將理念傳承予優秀年輕世代。相信在AI的浪潮之下，祐生成員們都能保持永續創新的精神，繼續向前邁進。」
Subsequently, Advisor Mr. Su Ching-hua astated: "I am delighted to meet with the members at the 46th anniversary assembly. I have been with Archilife for 30 years, and its philosophy which encompasses symbiotic cycles, sustainable building environments, continuous innovation, and creativity, has consistently inspired me. More importantly, Archilife has passed down its philosophy to a new generation of exceptional individuals. Under the AI wave, it is our hope that all Archilife members will uphold the organization's commitment to sustainability and innovation, thereby enabling it to progress."
致辭結束，即放映2025祐生線上博覽會作品，呈現出祐生成員們對於「護祐生命」觀點的實踐。黃晉英秘書長也逐一致贈精美禮品予每位參與的成員，亦合影留念。接著，放映本會2024年度業務執行報告短片，將本會一年以來的各項活動做一精要呈現。
After the address, the Archilife Online Exhibition video 2025 followed suit to present how Archilife members realized the foundation's motto: benefit life. Secretary General Huang Chin-ying presented exquisite souvenirs to every participating member, and took a group photo. Then, a video annual report for 2024 was played, which presented the activities in the past year. From the multimedia show and Secretary General Huang Chin-ying's introduction, all the participants came to know the activities sponsored by Archilife in the past year a little better.
 影片放映結束，由祐生新任董事長林容生先生進行「董事長宣告祐生未來發展方向」，表示：「首先引用小說『雙城記』裡的一句話：『這是最好的時代，也是最壞的時代。』祐生觀察氣候異變加速以來，自然與人文環境中的各種變化，在過去這段時間大家都能有感體會，而且變化越來越大、越來越快，舉凡天災、疫病、戰爭與對立，許多過去想像中很難發生的事情都發生了。因為疫情，加速了產業轉型，使臺灣的重要性與日俱增。社會上充斥許多政治立場、意識形態不同的對立，但我們也可以看到，社會多元平等價值在過去這幾年間的提升。
Following the conclusion of the film, Archilife's newly President, Lin Rung-sheng, declared the Archilife's future development direction, "First, let me quote a sentence from "A Tale of Two Cities," which states, "This is both the best and worst era." According to Archilife, since the period of accelerated climate change, everyone has noticed various changes in nature and the humanistic environment. Furthermore, the changes have become more pronounced and rapid. Many events occurred that no one could have imagined, including natural disasters, epidemics, wars, and opposition. Because of the pandemic, industrial transformation has accelerated, highlighting Taiwan's growing importance. Although society is divided by political beliefs and ideologies, there has been an increase in social diversity and equality in recent years.
關乎到人類未來生存的關鍵課題，諸如能源、醫療，也需要大家共同關注。近期，外在環境的好與壞，形成劇烈的擺盪，而我們的作為必須要在這樣的環境下能夠正常運作，並且經得起長時間考驗。所以，我們要打破過去習以為常的假設與習慣，重新檢討。在座祐生成員都是一時之選，祐生對大家的期望是，在面對這些變局時，必須更常採取零基式思考，掌控風險，也要善用變局所產生出來的機會，在各自的領域中，找尋可以跟著時代進步的各種解決方案。只有一代又一代的祐生成員，持續提供這些可實踐的作為，才有辦法面對劇烈變化的未來，這也正是我們期待的祐生系統。
Critical issues for future human survival, such as energy and medical care, also need to be addressed by everyone. The external environment has recently caused significant fluctuations, whereas our practices must continue to function normally and endure the test of time in this environment. As a result, we must overcome and review our existing assumptions and habits. All of the Archilife members present today are talented individuals of our time. What Archilife anticipates from everyone is that, when confronted with changing situations, they will more frequently adopt zero based thinking and monitor risks while taking advantage of the opportunities that arise as a result of these changing situations. In their respective fields, they can seek various solutions that keep up with the times. Only if generations of Archilife members continue to provide implementable practices, will they be able to navigate a rapidly changing future. This is precisely the way we envision Archilife's system to be.
 雖然，林俊興董事長在兩個月前離世，但祐生不是一個人，而是一群人，其所建立起來的秩序和體系，我希望接下來能夠繼續精進，且能讓大家複製到各自的崗位上，與大家共勉之。」
Archilife is a collection of individuals rather than a single person, despite the fact that President Lin Chun-shin passed away two months ago. It is my aspiration that the order and system established by President Lin Chun-shin will continue to evolve, and that all individuals will emulate this in their respective roles. Let us mutually motivate one another."
宣告結束，黃晉英秘書長感性地做結語，表示祐生在成員們的陪伴下，生生不息地傳承下去，感謝大家的努力，祐生才能對國家社會有所貢獻。也期望林俊興董事長的精神與信念，可以永存祐生成員的心中。語畢，祐生成員們紛紛表達對於林俊興董事長離世的不捨之情，然斯人已逝，精神長存！2025年會就在與會來賓對祐生各項活動的認同中圓滿結束。
Following the declaration, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying delivered heartfelt closing remarks. She stated that Archilife will continue to uphold its legacy in the company of its members. She thanked everyone for their efforts in helping Archilife contribute to the country and society. She also hoped that President Lin Chun-shin's spirit and beliefs will remain in the hearts of Archilife members. Following her remarks, all Archilife members expressed their condolences on President Lin Chun-shin's passing. His spirit endured despite his passing. The Archilife members' recognition for the various Archilife activities marked the successful close of the Archilife Research Foundation Convention 2025.
